We perform a visual inspection to uncover concerns or potential issues that need to be addressed by the builder for a new home or the home warranty company for an existing home prior to the home warranty period ending. This can save you thousands of dollars by identifying any issues early on avoiding potentially hazardous and expensive repairs if not detected. A detailed written report will be provided after the inspection for your reference and can be emailed directly to you. This inspection should be scheduled a couple months prior to the end of the warranty period or 10 months after the close of escrow on a new home.
